Bryan Forsloff is a Smooth Jazz Guitarist from Bellingham. He is near completion of his first solo CD project and was in need of images to help tell the story of his music. The CD will include many local jazz musicians. It is due out in September and he will be hosting a CD release party at the Bellwether Ballroom that same month
It was so much fun to work with Rebecca again. I won't say too much about this senior/modeling shoot before it comes out on video (check back in a week to see the story behind the pictures.) Thanks so much to the amazing Leah at Tart Beauty for her makeup artistry-- having a pro makes all the difference.
Just a few quick shots from a really fun shoot with Anna, Senior-Extraordinairre
Rob and Anna's engagement session.
I was so excited to hear from Lindsey and to hear she was engaged! I met Lindsey and her family met when I photographed her sister Ashley's wedding in Isla Mujeres. Her family was so much fun and so wonderfully welcoming. I really enjoyed getting to know them in Mexico and was excited to reconnect in Pasadena.
Rose and Derek's wedding, complete with an antique car, croquet and golden fields.
Sophia, who is now a senior, was a student in my very first third grade class. What an amazing young woman she has become!
Gracie's senior portrait session in historic Fairhaven.
Megan and Travis's wedding at the Hollywood School House.
Ingrid and Kevin's wedding at the Lairmont Manor.
Reasa and Ben's patriotic wedding at the scenic Alki Point Lighthouse.
While staying at the Root Institute in Bodh Gaya, India, I had a rare afternoon free from the course I was involved with to do some meditative photography. The kitchen staff used a simple balance and weight system to measure and prepare food.
