The complete post. Portions of Taia's shoot have been released on Facebook and the full collection of highlights is finally ready for the blog. Taia was so much fun to work with-- just as down to Earth as she is beautiful. It's scary. Once again we had a great team for the shoot with Alissa on lighting and Tart Beauty providing makeup artistry.
Erica and Robert held their ceremony at the Alderbrook Spa on the Hood Canal. As one waiter told us, "Don't even try, you'll never run out of things to take pictures of here". The bride was as gorgeous as the location and the weather was fabulous.
Katie and Adam are a fun, sweet couple that didn't let a bit of rain get them down. Even though we had to take shelter from the downpour under the sky bridge on Western's campus, their positive and adventurous attitudes made for some great pictures. Katie and Adam even got to enjoy a dry ceremony and a beautiful sunset!
Maria's Senior Portrait session
I loved hearing their story-- they knew each other in high school. They were really good friends... and nothing more. Until the time was right. Then Jacob decided he knew he would marry her. And, it wasn't too difficult to convince her.
Appropriately, we started their engagement session at the high school where they met.
Bryan Forsloff is a Smooth Jazz Guitarist from Bellingham. He is near completion of his first solo CD project and was in need of images to help tell the story of his music. The CD will include many local jazz musicians. It is due out in September and he will be hosting a CD release party at the Bellwether Ballroom that same month
It was so much fun to work with Rebecca again. I won't say too much about this senior/modeling shoot before it comes out on video (check back in a week to see the story behind the pictures.) Thanks so much to the amazing Leah at Tart Beauty for her makeup artistry-- having a pro makes all the difference.
